How does it work?

You don’t have to have a QV website to run the newsletter service, although it helps if you do as we include the email capture facility as standard. This allows your customers to sign up online, and of course you can collect email addresses instore as well. We also produce optional POS to help with raising the scheme’s awareness instore.

If you have an existing customer email database, subject to data protection, this can be uploaded directly to the new system.

We securely host the database for you, and at pre arranged times we email your database with the newsletter, full of the information you have provided. You will sign off the mailing before it goes out, after which we can provide stats of how many have been sent, received, opened, and if a voucher has been included how many have been downloaded.
